I know it can be easy to get caught up in the ALL or Nothing mindset of exercise, especially this time of year. We think if we don’t have a full hour in our day to go to the gym and get a workout in, that we might as well skip it. However, I’m a true believer that SOMETHING is better than NOTHING!
