What is it?

The WILLPOWER Diet is a 8-week online group coaching program that teaches you tools and strategies to increase your self -control and decrease your stress through the automation of KEY nutritional HABITS.  When certain habits around food are automated, this frees up our WILLPOWER for when we really need to use it, like during cravings or stressful situations.  This program is really more about HOW you eat the food in front of you & your relationship with food, more than it is about WHAT types of food you eat; so there are NO strange foods or meal plans required to participate.  You will just receive simple tools and strategies that you can implement forever, no matter what you choose to eat.

 

 

What’s Included & How Is It Delivered?

  • 4- Main Education Modules (1 delivered every 2 weeks).
  • 4 Lessons (some containing videos) delivered via Email during each Main Education Module.
  • That’s a total of 16 lessons and 4 Key Habits practiced throughout the 8 weeks.
  • Worksheets to track habits & exercises for consistency and accountability.
